    Each applicant's application form and cover letter are assessed to determine whether the applicant is well-suited for the position.

  2. Interview

    A two-stage interview is used to assess the applicant's work capacity and suitability for the position.

  3. Hiring

    Successful applicants who are offered a position have the opportunity to review and negotiate the terms of their employment before starting work.

  • Open recruitment periods are held frequently. Submitted documents are not returned to applicants.
  • If any submitted application is found to contain false information, the applicant's employment offer may be rescinded or, once employed, their employment may be terminated.
